PRESIDENT/CEO

Nosyak Consulting is recognized for its excellence in public engagement, strategic communication, branding, event planning, and a range of complementary services.

Founded in 2015 by Felecia D. Martin, this Alabama-based, minority-owned, and woman-led firm draws upon her more than 25 years of experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her extensive background in city government and political campaigning uniquely positions her to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and deliver impactful results.

Felecia served for 15 years as a senior advisor in the Mayor’s Office during and after the Bright Administration, where she established the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives—an office created to strengthen nonprofit organizations and enhance program efficiency. With deep grassroots campaign experience and formal training from Yale University’s Campaign School for Women, she successfully managed three consecutive mayoral campaigns before joining Duke Energy Florida as a Senior Public Engagement Specialist.

Throughout her distinguished career, Felecia has organized significant civic events, including the 45th, 50th, and 55th anniversaries of the Montgomery Bus Boycott, and led innovative youth programs that fostered greater civic awareness and community involvement.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She has also earned certifications in Public Service, Political Campaigning, and Public Engagement from Auburn University at Montgomery, Yale University, and Pepperdine University.

Currently, Felecia is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Management, further strengthening her expertise in governance, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Felecia remains deeply engaged in her community, serving on the boards of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Ministries About People (MAP), and the Montgomery Police Athletic League (MPAL). She is frequently sought after by organizations for strategic planning, leadership development, and community engagement consultations, earning recognition as a respected thought leader. Recently, she spearheaded a gardening project at the historic Rosa Parks Home, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to civic service.

Dedicated to excellence, Felecia personally oversees each client project to ensure quality and alignment with organizational goals. As a passionate and visionary leader, she remains steadfast in her mission to deliver sustainable results—and to help every client reach their highest potential.
