NOSYAK Consulting is a results-driven, Alabama-based consulting firm recognized for its excellence in public engagement, strategic communication, branding, marketing, event planning, and governmental affairs. The firm partners with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to design and implement strategies that strengthen visibility, build stakeholder trust, and drive measurable outcomes.

Felecia Martin
Senior Consultant
Felecia D. Martin brings more than 25 years of experience across city government, political campaigns, corporate engagement, and nonprofit collaboration.
She served 15 years as a senior advisor in the Montgomery Mayor’s Office, where she founded the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives to strengthen nonprofit capacity and service delivery.
A Yale-trained campaign strategist, she successfully managed three mayoral campaigns and later led multi-county stakeholder engagement efforts at Duke Energy Florida.
Her public housing leadership spans communications, public relations, intergovernmental affairs, human resources, and real estate development, driving executive-level strategy and partnerships.
Felecia has organized major civic initiatives, including Montgomery Bus Boycott anniversaries, and developed programs that advance youth engagement and community leadership.

Felecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She has earned additional certifications in public engagement, municipal management, and political campaigning from Auburn University at Montgomery, Pepperdine University, and Yale University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Management, further strengthening her expertise in governance, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Alexis S. Holley
Consultant
Alexis S. Holley is an experienced education and community engagement professional with a strong background in school culture, student support, and family outreach. From 2020 to 2025, she served as the Student and Family Engagement Coordinator at Life Academy Charter School, where she led key initiatives to strengthen the school climate, expand student enrichment opportunities, and enhance parent and community involvement. Alexis is skilled in program coordination, communications, event planning, and enrollment management, with additional experience in grant writing and federal program compliance.

Before her work in education, Alexis supported victims and families as a Legal Support Assistant with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, managing sensitive cases and serving as a liaison between law enforcement and the courts. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Troy University.

A committed community servant, Alexis is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., volunteers with youth and senior outreach programs, and contributes to major community initiatives such as the Selma to Montgomery 60th Anniversary planning effort.
