Nosyak Consulting is renowned for its expertise in public engagement, strategic communication, branding, event planning, and related services.

Founded in 2015 by Felecia Martin, this Alabama-based, minority-owned, and female-led firm benefits from her 25-year background across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her in-depth experience in city government and political campaigning uniquely positions her to collaborate effectively with essential stakeholders.

Felecia served for 15 years as a key advisor in the Mayor's Office during and after the Bright Administration, where she founded the Office of Faith-based and Community Initiatives. This office aimed to enhance nonprofit capacities and improve their program efficiencies. With grassroots campaign experience and formal training from Yale University's Campaign School for Women, Felecia successfully managed three consecutive mayoral campaigns before joining Duke Energy in Florida as a Senior Public Engagement Specialist.

Throughout her career, Felecia has orchestrated key events such as the 45th, 50th, and 55th anniversaries of the Montgomery Bus Boycott and led youth programs that boosted civic engagement.

She earned her bachelor's degree in political science and a master’s in public administration, focusing on Human Resources Management. Felecia also completed certification programs in public service, political campaigning, and public engagement at Auburn University Montgomery, Yale, and Pepperdine University.

Felecia is an active member of two community boards: the Ministries About People (MAP) and the Montgomery Police Athletic League. Various organizations frequently seek her out for strategic planning sessions, recognizing her as a thought leader. Committed to community service, she recently led a special gardening project at the Rosa Parks Home.
